Is your child experiencing issues that affect everyday life? Are you feeling like you are inadequately equipped to help your child—or yourself? I can work together with you to find the best solution for you and your family.

Everyone’s path to healing looks different, but it all starts with feeling safe to explore what you uniquely need. My approach will always be collaborative, person-centered, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ affirming to provide you with that safety. I believe that in this supportive environment where you feel heard and accepted, we can work together so you can move forward in life with increased confidence and happiness.

In order to best help my clients on their journeys, I have received extensive education and training. My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas. My training and clinical experience includes utilizing talk, play, and expressive arts in counseling to work with children, adolescents, adults, and parents experiencing low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral or academic concerns, parenting concerns, and trauma as well as those coming to counseling to further explore their personal identity and grow.

There are many things that might bring you to counseling and whether you are worried about low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, or behavioral or academic concerns or just wanting to provide a space for you or your child to further explore and grow, I would be honored to help you, your child, and your family heal, grow, and feel better. If you would like to talk further to determine if I am a fit for your or your family’s needs, please contact me to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation.
