I believe in walking alongside my clients to help support and encourage them to overcome their struggles on their own. I will meet you where you are and work with you at a pace that feels comfortable. 

My journey to counseling began with a career in sales, where I found myself building relationships with my clients and truly taking an interest in their lives. I believe that we all have a unique story, and that story matters.

I have a history of working with clients who have experienced anxiety and depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, insecurity, sexual abuse, childhood trauma and anger management issues. I love watching my clients overcome life’s challenges by finding inner strength that they never knew they had. My goal is to provide a warm and encouraging environment for you to share your story and to help you find the strength to overcome your struggles.

Since we are all unique, I believe that counseling is not “one size fits all,” and I pull from multiple modalities in order to tailor my approach to fit each client. I also view each client from a wellness or holistic perspective in which your emotional, physical, spiritual, social, occupational, and environmental needs will be taken into consideration.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received a Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
